Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within US. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier availability.

International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (if applicable)
  • Restricted or sanctioned regions
  • Certain remote locations where carrier service is unavailable

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will work with the carrier to assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
